Tickets

How do I purchase tickets?

Tickets and camping will go on sale on Friday, November 21st, 2025. Check this website for the links to purchase.

Is there an age limit for the festival?
Yes. Age 5 and up. Under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
When do the tickets go on-sale?

Friday, November 21st, 2025 at 8AM.

What are the ticket prices?
Ticket prices will be posted on the ticket page before we go on sale.
I already have tickets, can I upgrade to any other tickets?

We do not offer any type of ticket upgrades or exchanges. However, there are add-ons, see the TICKETS page for more info.

Where do I pick up my tickets?

For music tickets, check your Ticketmaster App, or sign-in at Ticketmaster.com or the email you received from Ticketmaster after purchase, for more information.

For camping permits and per-person camping passes, check your Eventbrite App or email you received from Eventbrite after purchase, for more information.

What is the refund policy?

The event is held rain or shine, and refunds are only allowed if the event has been canceled. Refunds are provided from the original point of purchase only, and only through Ticketmaster or the Island Box Office. Treasure Island Resort & Casino and Rockin’ The Island will not be held responsible for refunds for tickets purchased through any third-party ticket brokers. In the event that a performance is postponed and later rescheduled to an alternate date, the original tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date.

Times

What time will the box office/will call open?

The amphitheater box office will open one hour before Gates.
Gates will open at 3PM on Friday and 2PM on Saturday.

What time do the doors/gates open?
Gates open at 3Pm each day. See the lineup page for updates closer to the event for times.
How long will doors be open?
Doors will remain open throughout the show; and close 30 minutes after the last performance.
Will you be posting set times?
Yes. Set times will be posted on this website, a few days in advance of the festival.

Camping

Is there an age limit for the festival?
All attendees must have a ticket. Minimum age of 5. All minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Is re-entry allowed?

Yes, with your digital or physical ticket. Keep it to scan in upon each entry. No ticket, no entry. No exceptions.

I accidentally lost, or damaged my ticket, what should I do?

Lost tickets will not be replaced. For a damaged ticket, go to the box office help desk located to the left of the security lines.

Can I smoke in the Amphitheater?
Yes, in designated smoking areas.  Smoking is not allowed in seating areas.  Signage is posted in designated areas.
Can I bring in my own chair?
No, seating is assigned and personal chairs are not permitted.
Can I bring in outside food and beverage?
No.  Outside food or beverages are not allowed in the amphitheater.  Guests must dispose or consume any alcoholic beverages before they enter the amphitheater.
Can I tailgate?
No.  Anyone found tailgating in the parking will be asked to stop, further issues may result in the guest being removed from the event area.
Is there a camera policy for event goers?
Small cameras and cell phones are welcome. Professional cameras, video cameras, drones and any other type of professional recording equipment is strictly prohibited. The equipment may be confiscated, and the user will be removed from the event, without any refund.
Will there be food and beverage options available?
Yes, many food and beverage options will be available in “The Lot”. See the map for location.

All media/photo inquiries should be sent to  info@RockinTheIsland.com.
I am interested in vendor opportunities, who do I contact?
If you are interested in becoming a vendor, please contact rockintheisland@ticasinos.com. Only approved vendors are allowed to sell items.
